Intervention Services

Program focuses on gang intervention specifically individuals and families who are actively involved with gangs, the justice system, and substance abuse. Our goal is to reduce behaviors that are violent and mal adaptive, within individuals and the community they reside in.

Re-Entry

Program focuses on individuals who are justice impacted and returning to their communities. Our goal is to assist them to assimilate and reduce recidivism.

Community Health Work

PPE Distribution

Resilient facilitates PPE distribution once a month to the community of CD9 as well as essential workers. With the “It takes a village” approach to serving the community we will build resilient communities through these supportive services.

Food Distribution

Resilient has served over 900, 10lb prepared meal kit boxes to individuals, families, and Community Based Organizations in CD9. Any one and everyone is welcomed.
